Rules

1) The check-in time will be from 15:00 and the check-out before 12:00.

2) If the client does not cancel his reservation thirty days in advance or does not show up on the reservation date, the price of the stay will not be refunded.

3) Prohibited to introduce or remove furniture or appliances, carry out works, modifications or repairs without the express authorization of the hosts.

4) Forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity set for housing for tourist use during the reservation process.

5) Prohibited from carrying out activities or using the dwelling for tourist use for purposes other than those for which it was reserved.

6) Prohibited Introducing devices that increase the usual consumption of water, electricity or fuel without the express authorization of the hosts of the tourist accommodation.

7) Forbidden to carry out activities that violate the usual rules of coexistence or the normal regime of operation of the dwelling for tourist use, leaving it in the same conditions that received it.

8) It is prohibited to introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or inconvenience to the other occupants of the property.

9) Forbidden to introduce animals without the express consent of the hosts.

10) It is prohibited to hinder the carrying out of repair or maintenance works that are of urgent intervention.

11) Prohibited from carrying out any activity that alters the coexistence or prevents the normal rest of other users of the property, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable municipal ordinances such as loud music, noise, parties, etc.

12) Prohibited smoking or use of drugs or narcotic substances in the entire house.

13) Illegal use of the internet is prohibited, such as distribution of pornography, fraud, scams, threats, identity theft, etc...

Failure to comply with these prohibitions will empower the hosts to require the abandonment of the dwelling for tourist use, and the client to bear the costs incurred.
